The Imaginarium is a place where reality and fiction fuse into one. That is the goal of Anton de Bruins new project ‘’Imaginarium’’ to intertwine the worlds of Jazz, Funk and club culture.
With a musical career that spans from writing string arrangements for Disney+ series to playing, producing and writing for bands including Dragonfruit, Peter Somuah Group and Y.O.P.E that have enjoyed press acclaim, international radio play and festivals like North Sea Jazz and Eurosonic Noorderslag, the new project encapsulates all of these influences into a kaleidoscope of genres where jazz, dub, afrobeat, cinematic elements and analog electronica meet.
