As the festive New Year celebration of the Chinese church approaches, it becomes increasingly challenging for choir singer Lin in this short drama to conceal her transgender daughter from the community.

Lin (41) is preparing for her solo performance at the Chinese New Year celebration at her church. She aims to impress the community, but her mentor feels that her performance lacks a genuine emotional connection. He advises Lin to truly open up, but that proves difficult. When rumors circulate about her son not attending church for a while, Lin faces a tough choice. Will she continue to hide or reveal her true self?

Following the screening, there will be a panel discussion on the topic
