Herman Lamers, curator and participant of this exhibition, this time sought artists with a strong visual reflection on their life in the city.

Their visual languages are very different but with objects, film, photography and installation art they present work in special theatrical staging.

Christine Saalfeld | Ice Age (animated films)

Christine explores aspects of everyday life and social interaction in her work.Cities, streets and houses are the research locations in an ongoing attempt to better understand human nature and social coexistence.

Netty van Osch | Digging (objects)

In her sculptures, Netty depicts a parallel world where opposition and possibility, choice and fate, play and competition alternate or produce a duel. These are often installations in which the playing field is central.

Noëlle Cuppens | Lose no Time (staged photography)

As an image maker, Noëlle loves getting lost and disappearing, making small things bigger. In theatrical staging, projects from the past are combined in an associative manner with events from the present'.

Herman Lamers | Upside Down (installation)

Herman's work concentrates around the encounter with the viewer, the work is a confrontation between idea, material, form and story in context of a space.

Petra Noordkamp | Solito Posto (photographic works)

Petra is a visual artist who moves between photography and film. Her work explores the influence of experiences, memories, films and dreams on the perception of architecture and the urban environment.
