The Grote Zaal on a small scale; that is the first impression when entering the Jurriaanse Zaal. And the small scale of the hall is quite relative. There is room for almost 600 people. This hall is regarded as one of the best in the world for chamber music and is called the 'Jur' by de Doelen employees. Besides chamber orchestras, famous string quartets, great fadistas and jazz combos, pianists also like to play in this hall.
