The Doelen is located right in the heart of Rotterdam, within walking distance (400 meters) from Rotterdam Central Station, trams, metros, and bus stops. There are several parking garages around the Doelen. This makes it easy to find your way to our concert hall and conference center.

If you want to have a drink before the concert you will find the opening hours listed in the servicemail. The auditorium doors usually open half an hour before the concert starts but this may vary.

If you arrive after the concert has started, you will be allowed to enter the hall at the next concert break. For concerts where there is no suitable moment to enter, access will not be granted. So, please arrive on time.

At classical concerts, people typically applaud once all the movements of a piece have been played. Not sure when a piece is finished? To be safe, wait until the rest of the audience starts clapping.

• For classical concerts, the minimum age is 8 years old, unless otherwise specified for the event. 
• If you wish to attend an event without the accompaniment of an adult, we recommend a minimum age of 14 years old, unless otherwise stated on the event page.
• People under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter after 11:00 PM, unless otherwise indicated for the event.
• No alcoholic beverages will be provided to visitors under the age of 18.

There are no dress code requirements, unless otherwise specified by the event/concert organizers.

If you have lost something, you can contact the Lost and Found department. Please send a photograph or description of your lost object to receptie@dedoelen.nl.

Taking photos or video recordings is not allowed without permission from the musicians and management.

You are not allowed to bring drinks into the auditorium. If this is permitted for a specific event, we will inform you in the service email sent beforehand.

If you have a promo code, please follow these steps:

1. Login or create a new account.
2. Add the concert to your cart and click on select seats.
3. Confirm your seat choice.
4. Enter the promo code in the top right corner and click activate.
5. Choose your seats, select the appropriate ticket type, and click confirm.
6. Confirm your order by clicking continue.
