The combination of Sol Gabetta and Bertrand Chamayou is not one to be missed. The two world stars are a perfect duo for this recital, centered on Mendelssohn.

Sol Gabetta – recital partner of Patricia Kopatchinskaja and highly sought-after soloist with the large orchestras – is described as unconventional, flamboyant, and virtuoso. Bertrand Chamayou’s playing and program choices are known to be personal, sensitive, and creative. They’ve known each other since they were young, and together they are a perfect fit.

“Music reminds people that they have a heart. And that there are things, emotions, and spirituality that transcend their understanding.” That’s how the Argentinian describes the essence of her thoughts and actions. That approach forms the ethos of her partnership with Bertrand Chamayou.
