Roffa Mon Amour joins forces with de Doelen to present a unique cinematic experience with a line-up of performances, talks and music that focuses on women and everyone who identify as women.

Join us to celebrate International Women's Day with an iconic film for everyone (but especially about and for women). Countless enthusiasts have cast their votes and the winning film has become: Smoke Sauna Sisterhood.

Smoke Saune Sisterhood

Deep in the Estonian forests there is a sauna where women come together to immerse themselves in rituals, where they come closer to each other, laugh together and sweat out pain. The women share recognizable, universal stories and experiences and thus show up close and personal the most intimate gathering where drops of sweat, water and tears merge. This special place is on the UNESCO cultural heritage list and Smoke Sauna Sisterhood has won numerous awards at film festivals such as Sundance and CPH:DOX.

Talk beforehand

Before the film there will be a talk focused on femininity and the physical body.
The talk is from 8:30 PM - 9:00 PM and can only be attended in combination with a ticket for the film.
