Using Ripstix—lightly weighted drumsticks—you turn drumming into an effective and surprisingly fun way to train. You'll work your entire body, all to the rhythm of the music.
POUND is suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting out or have been working out for a while, the exercises are easy to modify to fit your needs. This workout is perfect for letting go, boosting your energy, and getting stronger. The session is led by Rhea, who will guide you through the workout in a friendly and accessible way.
