Thank you for your interest in the Doelen. We strive for a balanced program that includes both our own activities and the collaboration with cultural tenants. We will assess whether your concert fits well within this overview. In order to make a well-considered decision, we would like to receive the following information:

• A detailed description of the concert (including program, performers and substantive explanation);
• The desired period and venue;
• An overview of concerts previously organized by you, including visitor numbers, and planned future events;
• An extract from the Chamber of Commerce and additional information about your organization;
• A detailed marketing plan.
