Tickets & service
The ticket shop is open for visitors on Monday through Friday between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. We are also available by phone during these hours. Except on holidays.
We are also open from the entrance time until fifteen minutes after the start time of the concert. Check your service mail for details.

De Doelen Studios
In these spaces, you can do all kinds of things. From free music and events, to art exhibitions, food, kids activities and more.
The Jazz Corner
De Doelen and Codarts present the new Rotterdam jazz and soul hotspot where you can enter for free to enjoy live performances while enjoying a drink and a bite.
The Jazz Corner can be found in the Doelen Studio on the corner of Schouwburgplein and the Kruiskade.
Bank holidays 24/25
The daily ticket counter is closed and not reachable by phone on holidays.
During concerts on holidays, the ticket counter will be open from the entry time.
