A pop icon since his first album Medcezir, Levent Yüksel is meeting his fans in Europe for the first time! Yüksel has a career spanning three decades and his repertoire includes some of the biggest hits in Turkish music history such as “Zalim,” “Ya Sonra,” and “Tuana.” Timeless, romantic, catchy… Levent Yüksel’s music has its trademark in Turkish pop.
Levent Yüksel, born in 1964 in Antalya, Turkey, is a composer, musician, and singer. Educated in double bass at the conservatory, Yüksel started his stage career playing bass guitar in various orchestras. His path soon crossed with Sezen Aksu, and he emerged not only as a bassist but also as a vocalist.
In 1993, he released his first album, Medcezir, which quickly climbed the music charts and secured a place among the top 3 of Turkey’s best 100 albums. Following his successful debut, Yüksel released a series of albums including Levent Yüksel’in 2. Kaseti (1995), Bi’daha (1997), Adı Menekşe (1998), Aşkla (2000), Uslanmadım (2004), Kadın Şarkıları (2006), Topyekun (2012), Aşk Mümkün Müdür Hala (2017), and Hayatıma Dokunan Şarkılar (2017).
Continuing his music career actively, Yüksel now prepares to take the stage in Europe!
