service costs explained

Our service fee structure will change from 2025. Instead of service fees per order, they will now be charged per ticket. This means that the price of a ticket on our site consists of two parts: the ticket price and the service fee.

The ticket price covers the costs of booking the artist and all additional matters required to organise the concert. The service fee is intended to enable essential services for selling tickets, such as: customer service and support, payment processing, technological systems and innovations, ticket delivery.

For tickets up to €10,- the service fee is €1.50 per ticket, and for tickets above €10,- the service fee is €3,- per ticket. This also applies to orders placed at the box office.
