Part of the programming at the Doelen can be exchanged for another concert or voucher. We charge €5 for this service and these costs will be deducted from the voucher or ticket price of the other concert.

conditions
These are the rules:
- request possible until the start of the relevant concert or event
- after the concert, tickets cannot be processed anymore
- the voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue (see voucher)
- for the concerts and events listed at the bottom of this page, no exchanges are possible.

Different terms and conditions apply to tickets for the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra. Please contact customer service at info@rpho.nl.
right of refund
If you have purchased a ticket for a concert that has been canceled or rescheduled to another date, you are entitled to a refund. We will send all ticket buyers an email with instructions on how to get the money back.
other ticketproviders
If you have purchased tickets elsewhere, our exchange and voucher policy does not apply to those tickets. If you are unsure about a purchase, please send an email to tickets@dedoelen.nl

Do you want to make someone happy with your tickets? It's not a problem if you forward your tickets.

voucher validity
You can use the voucher within 1 year from the date of issue, after which the right to credit expires. Please check the date on your voucher before use.
redeem voucher
You can use your voucher as a payment method online, over the phone, or at the ticket counter.
- log in to the website
- place the order as usual
- for the payment method, select Doelen Giftcard/voucher
- enter the voucher code
- if the balance is insufficient, you can pay the remaining amount with a second voucher, iDEAL payment, Podiumcadeaukaart, or Credit card
excluded from refund
external organisation
Concerts (partially) organized by an external partner are not covered by our exchange policy.
If you have any questions about your order, please contact the ticket agent organizing the concert. Our partners are: the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, Sinfonia Rotterdam, Eventim, Ticketmaster, Hanson Zondagochtendconcerten, and the O.festival.
don't overpay
The only real guarantee of an official ticket is if you buy it via the website of the artist, venue or organizer. Tickets purchased through other channels are not part of our exchange policy. Are you not sure about a purchase? Please contact us via tickets@dedoelen.nl.
